All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on or through testtube were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time those visual depictions were produced.
1. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257
Records required for compliance are maintained by the appropriate producer of each visual depiction, not necessarily by testtube.
2. Platform role
testtube is primarily a hosting and transmission platform for user-generated content uploaded by third parties ("Uploaders"). We do not act as the primary producer of most User Content.

By uploading, each Uploader certifies that all performers depicted are 18+, that they possess required records or are exempt, and that the upload complies with applicable law.
